Summary

Updates the compose submodule pointer to include the latest feat/ollama-gfx906 changes:

  • ai/ollama/ - Custom ollama build with ROCm 6.1 + gfx906 (MI50) support
  • ai/hermes/ - Hermes Dockerfile now in its own subdirectory
  • ai/compose.yml - Updated build paths, ollama: no privileged, FA=1
