Description

Ajoute un AGENTS.md root avec les conventions de workflow de développement. Utilisé comme fallback par Hermes pour tous les projets qui n'ont pas leur propre AGENTS.md.

Workflow documenté

  • New feature → clean branch from origin/master → push → PR on Gitea
  • Branch naming: feat/ pour features, fix/ pour bugs/docs
  • Always branch from origin/master, never from another feature branch
  • PR title décrit le changement; body explique motivation + summary
  • Après merge, delete la feature branch
  • Toujours valider avant push (build, lint, test)
