feat(ai): add Dockerfile with curl, poppler-utils, imagemagick

Add Dockerfile for building custom Hermes Agent image.

Packages (PR 1 of 5):
- curl: HTTP client
- poppler-utils: PDF tools
- imagemagick: Image manipulation
