feat: add hermes zsh alias (hermes) and Hyprland binding ( + C)

- zsh: alias hermes=emacsclient -n -c -e '(gortium/hermes-vterm)'
- hyprland: bind = , C to same command
- C for CLI/Chat, unused key in current layout
