Adds himalaya v1.2.0 binary and himalaya-ro read-only wrapper to the Hermes Docker image so email access persists across container restarts.

  • Binary: /usr/local/bin/himalaya
  • Read-only wrapper: /usr/local/bin/himalaya-ro (blocks destructive commands, audit trail)
